How does a seed become a tree?
The seed shares no physical qualities with the tree. Yet, it contains the same genetic information. It becomes a tree when planted in fertile soil through the natural act of growth.
If the tree were planted in a pot too small, it would never grow to its full potential.
Only when the tree grows uninhibited does it reach its final form.
The Spiral Studies is an 11-week self-actualization pilgrimage, applying ancient wisdom to modern life to allow the fulfillment of your full potential.
Each session meets for 90 minutes, live and recorded, containing a combination of direct instruction, guided meditation, reflection prompts, and breakout rooms with like-minded community around the world.
Every lesson is followed by opportunities to deeply integrate, including 1:1 TA sessions, a guided workbook, and a cohort group message.
The goals are simple:

Meet Your Professor:
Kailee is an artist, independent researcher, former educator, student of the esoteric, and practitioner working at the intersection of mineral science, subconscious transformation, and human energetics. With a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and an MA in Education, she bridges science with deep inner work. She is a certified Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Practitioner (HTMA-P) and the creator of Spiral Studies, a groundbreaking methodology that integrates physics principles with subconscious reprogramming to create lasting change. Her work invites clients to access the body’s mineral intelligence while re-patterning the subconscious mind as a portal to higher alignment.

Sarah Currivan, integration facilitator, is the host of 1:1 TA sessions throughout the Spiral Studies cohort. She originally connected with Kailee during the early phases of her work and was one of the first students to complete the Spiral Studies. We generally begin with a brief outline of the lesson and a guided meditation. Afterwards, there is direct instruction via a slide deck with questions for immediate application and integration of the material.
Afterwards, there are 10-15 minute breakout rooms where students can deepen their connection with the material and to each other.

While live attendance is preferable, live sessions are recorded, and replays are available to you inside the course portal within 24 hours.
For further support, Kailee’s office hours offer slots that allow 15 minute sessions to be scheduled in any time zone.

No previous experience is required. Everything in the Spiral Studies is taught in a clear, accessible way. It is designed to be useful for anyone at any stage due to the nature of the Spiral, which keeps expanding outward forever. There is no arriving. Where you are is the perfect beginning.
